Established in 2016, Moovita Pte Ltd - A cutting-edge startup specializing in autonomous driving solutions for urban cities, achieved a significant milestone by being the first to deploy autonomous vehicles on public roads in Singapore.
During my internship with Moovita Pte Ltd, I was assigned the task of constructing the motor and LiDAR units using cardboard. These replicas served as visual aids, offering engineers an accurate portrayal of the units' positioning. Given the cumbersome nature of the actual units and the associated costs, the decision to opt for cardboard replicas proved to be both practical and cost-effective.
